Alain Pinel Realtors is proud to announce its association with Laura Perkins. An integral part of APR's dedication to excellence is the collaboration of high caliber, capable professionals. Laura certainly fits that profile and holds special designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Quality Service Certified (QSC). She also holds certifications in Relocation (RELO) and Distressed Property (Short-Sales).
Laura was born and raised in historic Glendale, Ohio, an exquisite and quaint village located in Cincinnati. She obtained her Ohio Real Estate License, and since that time has been vigilant in keeping apprised of the myriad facets entailed in the real estate industry. Her decision to relocate to California in 1987, to fulfill her desire for new and challenging experiences and obtain her California Real Estate License, proved to be extremely positive and rewarding.
Laura is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. In addition, she is active with NCREX Multiple Listing Service, and DataQuick Services which gives her access to information on properties throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, as well as Central Valley.
Prior to joining Alain Pinel Realtors, Laura managed international channel readiness, industry marketing programs and enterprise marketing tactics while employed with well-known high-tech companies in Ohio, California and London. Her perseverance and eagerness to continually further her education in the ever-changing real estate domain procure her clients confidence and allegiance, and assures them they are working with an expert.
